These terms govern your use of sigmareef.com. They are not the contract for a paid engagement—that is a separate signed agreement and statement of work.
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis of your business. Nothing here should be relied on as a recommendation for your specific situation without a scoped engagement.
The figures published for the Growth Constraint Diagnostic, Constraint Removal Implementation and the Growth & Operations Partnership are indicative ranges, not offers. A fixed fee is confirmed in writing after qualification and before any work begins, based on systems, catalog size, data quality, deadlines and risk.
Submitting a form, sending an email or holding a conversation does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when a written agreement and statement of work are signed and the agreed payment terms are met.
We do not guarantee revenue, conversion, savings or any other commercial result, on this site or in an engagement. Where results are published, they are stated with their baseline, measurement period, source and limitations, and only with the client's written permission.
The text, structure, diagrams, method names and brand assets on this site belong to Sigma Reef. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial portions, or reuse the material to build a competing offering, without written permission.
Use the site lawfully.
This site links to other websites, including SidneyRees.com and CadenceRidge.com, which are operated by the same founder, and to external sources cited in our content. We are not responsible for third-party content, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination.
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously current, and we may change or remove content at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Reef is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed exclusively by the signed agreement for that engagement.
Where these terms and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement governs the engagement. Governing law, venue, acceptance periods, warranty periods and liability caps for client work are set in that agreement, not here.
